These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Launchzy website and the services we provide ("Services"). By using our website or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

02The Services

Launchzy designs, builds, deploys, and maintains AI automation systems and related services for businesses. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or order ("Order"), which forms part of the agreement between us together with these Terms.

03Eligibility

You must be a business or an authorised representative of a business, and have the authority to enter into these Terms. Our Services are not intended for consumers.

04Fees & payment

Setup fees and monthly retainers are described in your Order and confirmed on your audit call. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice, and overdue amounts may be subject to late-payment interest as permitted by law.

05Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely access to the accounts, tools, and content we need to deliver the Services.
• Ensure you have the rights and consents required for any data or materials you provide to us.
• Use the Services lawfully and not in a way that infringes the rights of others or applicable regulations (including in your communications with your own customers).

06Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the data, content, and materials you provide. On full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you, except for our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and know-how, which remain ours and which we license to you to the extent needed to use the deliverables.

07Confidentiality

Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information confidential and to use it only to perform or receive the Services.

08Service levels & guarantee

We aim to deploy within the timeframe stated in your Order and to provide ongoing support under your retainer. Any performance or ROI guarantee applies on the specific terms set out in your Order.

09Warranties & disclaimers

We provide the Services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the Services and website are provided "as is" without further warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI systems can produce errors; you remain responsible for reviewing outputs used in your business.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the fees paid by you in the [12] months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11Term & termination

These Terms apply for the duration of your engagement. Either party may terminate as set out in the Order, or on written notice if the other party materially breaches and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period.

12Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer or local-law rights.

13Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here at the time you use the website or Services.
