Privacy Policy
Launchzy ("Launchzy", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data we process. This policy explains what we collect, why, the legal bases we rely on, and the rights available to you under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national law.
01Who we are
The data controller responsible for your personal data is Launchzy s. r. o., Company ID (IČO) 57605513, registered at Jazernica 129, 038 44 Jazernica, Slovakia. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at ceo@launchzy.eu.
02Data we collect
- Contact & enquiry data — name, email, phone, company, and the message you send via our forms, email, or booking link.
- Client & project data — information you provide so we can build and operate your systems (e.g. business details, pricing, workflows). Where this includes data about your own customers, you are the controller and we act as your processor.
- Usage data — technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URL, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
03How we use your data & legal bases
- To respond to enquiries and schedule calls — legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract.
- To deliver, operate, and support the services you engage us for — performance of a contract.
- To send service updates and, where permitted, relevant marketing — consent or legitimate interest (you may opt out at any time).
- To secure, maintain, and improve our website and services — legitimate interest.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
04Cookies & analytics
We use a limited set of cookies and similar technologies to run the site and understand how it is used. You control non-essential cookies through our consent banner and your browser settings. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
05Sharing & processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who process it on our behalf — for example hosting, communications, scheduling, payment, and analytics providers — under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose data where required by law.
06International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
07Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. Client project data is retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward.
08Your rights
Subject to conditions in the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email ceo@launchzy.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
09Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
10Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
