Filip founded Launchzy after years running trading, e-commerce, and agency businesses of his own — and getting tired of watching good leads disappear because no one was fast enough to answer. As CEO & CTO, he sets the direction and builds the AI systems behind every Launchzy deployment.
Nikolai started building social accounts at 14 — fragrance and niche pages, then a "Save Europe" page that hit 34k followers, with several others grown and sold along the way. As CMO, he owns Launchzy's content and personal-brand growth, turning years of audience-building into the system that gets Launchzy seen.
Angelos ran his own marketing agency before Launchzy, and joined after meeting Filip as a like-minded business partner. Born in Athens and based in Munich, he now owns sales end-to-end — outbound, closing, and the client relationships that keep Launchzy's pipeline moving.
